1. Description of Service

T-Memo is a bookmarking and note-taking application that allows you to save, organize, categorize, and revisit content shared from Threads, web browsers, and other applications. The service offers both free and premium subscription options.

2. User Accounts

Local usage requires no account creation. Optional account setup unlocks cloud synchronization capabilities. You are responsible for protecting your login information.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Tier: The basic version displays advertisements and provides core features including AI categorization.

3.2 Premium Subscription: Monthly and annual plans are available. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Automatic renewal occurs unless disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions via your respective app store settings.

3.3 Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to your saved bookmarks, notes, and annotations. T-Memo does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and respects third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Disrupt or interfere with the app's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the app beyond reasonable use

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of CB Studio. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or freedom from defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CB Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
